Instructions for printing:

• rotate items to be flat
• no supports
• 0.2mm layer
• 0.4mm nozzle

Instructions for assembly:

1. Solder all wires to buttons and joystick (colour code buttons)
2. screw joystick into the case and mount buttons
3. solder all ground wires to a single point with an additional wire to exit the case
4. solder up on the joystick to the top button so that they are connected
5. feed all wires through the opening, use hot glue or electrical tape to add strain relief (optional) and close the case
6. trim sides of RS232 connector to make it slimmer
7. test which wires correspond to which actions on the joystick and connect the same coloured cable to the correct socket on the RS232 connector
8. connect the joystick to the RS232 connector and and use electrical tape to secure connections.
9. add rubber feet (optional)

*Please note, the bottom parts tolerances may differ between printers, I have supplied the fusion360 file so that you can make adjustments to it. The fit should be very tight but it should not warp the plastic.
