The clip is connected to the pin, so it should be relatively easy to remove without pulling out the pin. Therefore, you can easily rotate the clip. The pin includes small handles to make it easier to pull it out.You may need to conduct several test prints to find the appropriate interference fit between the card clips, pins, and slots.The size of the pins that fit into the empty slots has been reduced by about 3%.
The clips are not designed to withstand heavy weights or to provide a tight fit between components. They should be loose enough to move easily when necessary, and the weight of the cable should keep the clips connected to the pins. In my prints, they can easily come loose if hit at a certain angle, but when used with the cable during installation, they stay firmly in place.
Print with PLA filament, using a 0.6mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.3mm.Use the highest temperature suitable for the thread you are using to improve the adhesion between the card clipsOtherwise, they might separate.
The clip needs to be supported in the pin hole. Make sure to remove all the supports, otherwise, you'll have a hard time inserting the clip into the pin.
