This is a Raspberry Pi 4 Case that is taller and supports the ICE Cooler fan.  Note the recessed holes in the bottom to secure the Pi to the base and have it sit flat.  I printed about 5 different cases with both PLA and PETG this with default settings, no need for supports, and on both an Ender 3 and Prusa M3.  SD card might be a bit too tight for some fingers.  The case is well ventilated and I've had no heat problems or throttling with either of the designs, but included both if anyone wants to change out for more air flow.  Curious if this helps anyone else.
