This is a small attachment applicable to the Aqua-Vu camera for sub-surface level water viewing.

Simply slide the base rail of the camera into the mount, and screw a 2mm screw into the horizontal hole (used as a set screw to hold it in place for reassurance purpose).

Great for holding the camera in place, without any annoying accidental rotations.
