Open tinkercat in ur Profile and copy paste this link in it https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1dL910BLO4s . Than click the Ungroup button when u selected the chip. Clikc on the text on the chip and u can write ur name or something else in there. Dont forget at the end to group the block again. The text is so placed that it is perfect in the middle of the chip  and dont make a hole int he ground.
