A shock mount to isolate a sound recorder. Needs a rubber band. A hair tie band will work just fine.  

PLA or PETG work okay.  The bottom part has a plastic ¼ tripod mount you might need to put some force to get the screw in but it works fine for me. And you will need a ¼ inch screw to use the recorders tripod mount to attach it to the top part.
