We had several mic stands that wouldn't tighten down because the plastic clutch ring was broken or missing. A replacement was modeled after one I found in a working mic stand. 

I recommend orienting the piece with the narrower side on the bottom and with a brim. I printed without supports since it's such a small overhang.
