JZDeck is a handheld made in the context of a highschool group-project. It is based on a Raspberry Pi 3A+, a Waveshare 5" DSI screen, and 3D printing.
It is using a custom-built UI based on Raspberry Pi OS and support simple games like Pong and Snake. The code for the system can be found on my Github Page (coming soon). This handheld can technically be used for Retropie, as the design is based off an NES controller. The design is not optimal as many improvements can be done, especially for the apparent cable in the back, the lack of a battery system, and the thickness of the device.
The handheld is assembled using M3 threaded inserts and screw, 8 12x12x7.3mm tactile buttons, and a combination of wire and solder.
