Just starting out trying myself to do some Fusion360. One of a few first attempts at creating something with threads.

Revisions

To make the top fit better and close completely I have redesigned the case fitting. 

• All thread faces have been reduces by 0.5 mm on the case

• Chopped 2 mm from the top of the case thread so it closes completely

Now it all fits snuggly directly from the bed. 

Print instructions

• Basics

  • Orientation: Just as is

  • Supports: No

  • Layer height: 0.2mm

  • Walls: 2

  • Infill: 10% and up.

• Advanced

  • Seam position: Random (in case of a noticeable seam on the sides of the lid and case)

Might be a little to snug for you. I printed it with PETG and after opening and closing the thing 40 times it went smoothly.
