I took the Chitu mounting plate, removed the cradle for that remote and added an angled upright with holes for M3 screws. I made the back of the control cradle a little thicker to allow for recessing the M3 screws that attach the cradle to the base. I added mounting holes for M3x8 screws to the Creality remote control hoder as I didn't want to use tape for the attachment method.
You'll need 2 M3x12 screws to mount the base to the left-front corner of the Centauri Carbon. And you'll need 2 M3x8 screws to attach the control cradle to base. They will self-tap into the plastic. If you want to add threaded inserts you'll need to resize the holes in the base mounting block accordingly.
I printed this in PETG with a 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 layer height. I recommend supports for the base and overhang. I blocked supports for the screw holes.
I did all of the design work in TinkerCAD.
I hope you find this useful!
