This is a cable clip designed for the partially exposed 2020 extrusion inside the electronics compartment of a Voron 2.4. It uses an M3 hammer nut, and an M3 by 6mm socket head cap screw to connect to the extrusion, and the bottom of the model is set to support the plastic below the bed of the printer (see picture).

The zip ties in the pictures are 4 inch, aka “the small ones”.

I make no representation that these made my wiring good - but they certainly helped.
