Recommendations:
0.2mm layer height
ABS+ layers 1-5
TPU 95A for the rest.
1.75mm still filament for the hinge
Dry your TPU! Tune your retractions!

These are sunglasses I remixed to be more to my liking.  After breaking a pair on a rollercoaster, I set out to make an indestructible pair.  Prints in TPU hold up extremely well, but are a tad floppy.  Experimenting with ABS + TPU to add a bit of stiffness, as these materials bond well.  I recommend ABS first then, at 0.2mm layer height, swap at layer 5 to TPU.  This gives the TPU a large cross-section to bond to.  

Update:
To add the hinge, use a stiff piece of 1.75mm filament and cut one end into the shape of a cone.  Use a pair of pliers to then press it into the small holes
