Print 2 cones and 1 bearing holder. 

Buy a 250mm piece of M10 rod and two M10 nuts, a 6200-2Z bearing, and optionally a ziptie to hold the bearing into the holder. Clamp the holder to the edge of your workbench as a place to set the end of the rod while winding. 

Fits standard filament spools with a hole diameter anywhere between 48mm and 72mm. 

If you have a bunch of partial spools that don't justify their bulk, a few minutes with a drill can save massively on the shelf space they occupy.
