To be used in conjunction with a top glass riser that relocates the stock PTFE tube routing (for example Ccraft3d's design)

This guide snaps into the stock passthrough for the PTFE tube and holds it up so that it doesn't sag over time resulting in unwanted rattling on the top glass

Following models are included:

• Bowden Guide Anchor + Bowden Guide With iIsert

  • Recommended configuration

  • Hardware needed

    • 2x M3x10 Socket Head Cap Screw

    • 2x M3 Hex Nut

    • 10cm length of PTFE tube (Standard 4mm OD 2mm ID)

  • PTFE tube insert snaps in to virtually eliminate friction on the feed tube when sliding back and forth during printing

    • Insert itself is a fairly tight fit, recommend starting it at an angle and use a reasonable amount of force if necessary, once it gets started the rest snaps in very easily

  • Prints without support

• Bowden Guide Anchor + Bowden Guide No Insert

  • Same as above except without the PTFE insert

• One Piece Bowden Guide With Insert / One Piece Bowden Guide No Insert

  • Single piece models

  • Print vertically with support for flange and end stop or at an angle

Print Settings

Printed mine in PETG-CF but since the loads on it are minimal, any material will do the job

0.2mm layer height /w Adaptive layer height for the guide to smooth out the round profile

• Quality / Speed - 0.2

• Radius 5 (default)

• Smooth

4 perimeters, 15% Cubic Infill, 0.4mm nozzle
