Print the parts and then use a small length of filament to make the hinge. This way the hinge is a lot stronger and doesn’t break as easily as some of the other models I’ve tested. I would recommend printing at a 0.2mm layer height with 3 perimeters for strength and around 20% infill. you can print them together or separate the objects for easier printing.

Also, once the hinge becomes looser due to the usage you can easily and quickly swap out the filament piece for a new one to make it as good as new instead of reprinting the whole thing.

Edit: added V4 - a stronger hinge thats less likely to break and one that moves around less inside the quad lock housing. V3 is still available.
