This design is simple, sturdy, and easy to print. It uses a standardA 12-millimeter-diameter metal rod

The required hardware

• A rod with an outer diameter of 12 mm
  • The length can be customized according to your needs
• M4 screw
• M4 nut or M4 hot-melt nut

Printing Precautions

• Recommended materials:PLA, PETG, or ABS
• Floor height: 0.2 mm
• Fill: 20–30%
• Print according to the provided printing orientation to achieve the best strength
• If you use a hot-melt nut, please install it with a soldering iron after printing

Assemble

1. Insert the 12-millimeter rod into the base.
2. Slide the microscope stand onto the rod.
3. Install the M4 nut or the heat-fused nut into the bracket.
4. Fix the bracket with M4 screws.
5. Install the microscope and adjust its height as needed.
