The design of the mounting bracket is good, however, the purpose of the M3 screw wasn't clear, and I was afraid that it would not be capable of securing the mount in place. I modified the design using Tinkercad to allow an M5x10 hex head bolt and an M5 t-nut to secure the mount in place. This is done after sliding the mount onto the desired location on the rail, but before mounting the motor.
