Overview
"This is the Ghost Rider requesting to fly at low altitude..." An excellent 100mm jet aircraft that takes you straight into dangerous areas!
Dramatic arcs, dives, and long glides are the norm for these high-performance, durable gliders.
Please make sure to read the readme file before printing... There are some important things you need to know when slicing a model.
You may need a launcher and an 8-inch × 1/8-inch rubber band to fully explore the flight envelope of this glider.
Explanation
Description: A high-performance glider with a low aspect ratio in the style of a supersonic fighter jet, which is ideal for long-distance looping flights and long-distance gliding.
Materials: ABS, PLA
Layer thickness: 0.15 mm
Filling: 30%-40%
Outer layer: 2
Real layer: 2
Direction:
The first layer is vertical
Construction instructions:
Let it cool before carefully removing it from the build platform. During removal, the wing surface is prone to deformation and must be absolutely symmetrical to ensure proper flight. It is recommended to use a very thin plastic scraper
Flight instructions:
Due to the low aspect ratio of the wing, the F series is sensitive to rollover.
It is launched by hand or with a 1/8-inch by 8-inch
First, conduct a hand-throwing test and make adjustments. Some models are difficult to throw by hand, so you should test them with a 1/16-inch rubber band.
Flight requires a slight elevator control - positive incidence. This can be achieved by fixing the elevator control on the incidence plate at the rear end of the fuselage. These plates can be adjusted with a file to obtain the desired flight characteristics. After obtaining the desired flight profile, a drop of glue will prevent the elevator control from moving from its fixed position.
To correct the steering or spiral, it is recommended to use differential elevator control
I recommend testing and adjusting the cycle step by step.
