I enjoyed making the gears from @SPEKERDUDE for my kids Wonka play.

They worked really well but sometimes the caps that hold the gear to the shaft came off so I added another cylinder to the cap to keep it on when it was being turned.
The more gears the more force needed to turn. I hope to motorize but didn't have a powerful enough motor.
