This is a variation for Sanwa - based joystick.
It implements Atari 8bit 3 button modification found here: https://github.com/ascrnet/Joy2Bplus
This feature can be disabled by the switch as needed.
It also implements an option to switch 2 of fire buttons to "UP", which can make control more accurate in some games.
Can be used for other platforms using Atari-style joystick pinout with Joy2Bplus disabled.

This model have been created from scratch by friend Speedead, however it is inspired by other "competition frog" style joysticks around.

6x HAPP style SANWA button switch wires
5x wires with short dupont female (or you can solder these to joystick directly.)
1x DUAL ROW 6.35mm Panel Mount Mini Toggle Switch (for switching Joy2b+ ON/OFF)
2x SINGLE ROW 6.35mm Panel Mount Mini Toggle Switch (for "UP" option, you can use tri-state version for an option to disable button).
1x Cable with db9 female connector - search for "sega 9pin cable" as it is still being sold.
3x screw M2 16mm (was working perfectly with prototype)
2x resistor 330 Ohm

The prototype has worked out well with the following Print settings:

45% infill Gyroid
0.08 ~ 1.2 dynamical layer height (should be fine with any layer sizing because of shape's simplicity).
