Sofirn H25 headlight makes a good front light for a bicycle. Here is a mount for it, suitable for 22mm diameter handlebar. Comes in three parts that interlock together. Headlight clips in and out easily and sits in place firmly.
Use two, 2,5mm wide cable ties to mount to the handle bar. Put 1mm thick rubber between the mount and handlebar to dampen vibrations. Two-sided tape helps to keep rubber in place.
I recomend PETG. Multiply wall lines to about 8 for better durability. One side of each part has one flat face for easier printing, just lay them flat.
