Summary
This idea came to me one evening, as I was apparently in the throes of madness. "Why don't you make the two-shot, front-loading Buzz Bee Sentry into a lever-action", my addled mind thought.
My only memory of what followed is a series of images. Polygons, measurement devices, arcane and forbidden modeling techniques. I awoke from my hysterics after what I would later learn to be nearly a week. Before me sat this, a finished kit. I had no recollection of actually printing this, nor what I intended to call it. I glanced down at my palm, and was horrified to find an answer: "The Chester" was engraved into my weakened flesh, as if whatever horrific spirit had controlled my body had known I would be at a loss upon awakening. I can only assume this gestalt force had a sense of humor and was making light of this tiny, perplexing "Winchester" style blaster.
It is with remorse and trepidation that I present this cursed kit to you: The Chester lever-action kit for the BuzzBee Sentry.
You will need no extra hardware, everything is 3d printed. Assemble this wretched work at your own risk, for I do not know what otherworldly forces have puppeteered my hands to create it.

Assembly and Printing Notes
For almost all parts, you will want to have 3+ perimeters and at least 70% infill. The exception is the bolts and nuts. You want 95-100% infill on these.
As for layer height, I used 0.1mm layer heights on everything except the pins and buffers. Those should probably be printed at 0.07mm if you can.
Assembly is fairly straight forward:
- Open up the blaster.
- Remove the slide and lower decorative bit from the front. Set aside the screws from the slide.
- Place the Sentry_Lower pieces where the decorative bits used to be. These should be snug, but shouldn't bend or warp the plastic of the Sentry shell.
- Close the blaster back up (if you don't plan on doing any more internal mods at the moment)
- Use one of the screws from the old slide to affix the Sentry_Slide pieces in place. The screw should securely hold the pieces together, but shouldn't be TOO tight.
- Affix the Sentry_Pins (from _PinsAndBuffers) to one half of the Lever.
- Affix both halves of the lever to the Sentry_Lower piece using the shorter bolt. use the nut to secure it, and tighten it until you feel resistance, but not much further.
- Affix the two halves of the Sentry_Lever pieces together using the pins you have affixed to one of the halves earlier. These should snap into place fairly easy.
- Affix the top curved slots of the Lever to the Slide, using the second, longer bolt. Use the Buffers between each side of the lever and slide.
- Tighten the Nut just until you feel a bit of resistance.
- Test the blaster before using a tiny dab of superglue on the Nuts to secure them in place.
Done!
I've tested this using two very beefy springs inside my Sentry, and have zero doubts that the parts involved here can easily stand up to stock or modded spring loads.
