A pipe cutter for cutting hoses, which can achieve a neat cut without deformation. It should be noted that the design is based on a printed photo I took. I remade it from scratch and made some changes to make it more compact and easy to use. I don't know who the original designer was.
Update: The thickness of the updated model has been increased to accommodate the more common M4:10mm screws, and a little more strength has been added to reduce lateral movement.
Update 2: I added a case to ensure that the blade is covered and can be stored safely.
Materials list
2 M4 10mm internal hexagonal all-thread machine screws.
1 Stanley blade.
I recommend using PETG because it retains its elasticity. PLA can also be used, but I've found that it eventually maintains its closed shape, and you have to force it open to insert the hose, which makes it more difficult to use.
Use instructions:
First, remove the support structures on the printouts. Then place the blade in the center of the cutter and place the fixing bracket on top of the blade. Next, screw in two M4 screws, and you're done.
