Summary

A few files for details for BR Mk1 coaches in later manifestations. The Bachmann BR Mk 1 coaches come with end steps etc which were partially removed after electrification began leaving just brackets above the corridor connections. I have produced a slot in bracket replacement to replicate this modification and also the under solebar step missing on the ready to run models.

In addition the buffer collars which were hung either side of the buffers on Mk1 stock and not modelled on the buffer beam. These were not used if Mk1 stock was connected using their buckeye couplers where the buffers were not required but put on the buffer shanks when traditional buffing was required such as to the locomotive. These are not modelled on any ready to run models.

All files are drawn full size so shall need scaling to suit you model. They are optimised for 4mm/ft 1/76 scale.

In addition please find heater vents often used in departmental conversions for staff vans. The model featured is Greg Brookes Hawksworth staff van conversion as featured in Key Publishing New Modeller's Guide "Modelling British Railways Departmental Coaches and Track Machines"
