Summary
My puppy kept locking herself in rooms by pushing doors closed and not being able to use the handles. So I threw something simple together in TinkerCAD. It slots over the door at the corner and meets at the frame.
It is shockingly resilient as I tested a few door slams and it survived.
It might be ideal to add felt or foam or something to the end where it hits the door frame. I did not do this yet, however, to prevent damage to the door frame. Might be a good idea.
If anyone wants the file, let me know, or if you need me to change angles or openings. Please let me know as well.

My internal doors are 35mm thick. So this is designed to fit that. Scaling should be fine. Supports are needed.
How I Designed This
TinkerCAD
Started with a box to be a stand in for my door, then a larger box to be the corner cap. Made the smaller box hollow and subtracted from bigger.
Added the stem as a rectangle then a triangle at the end to catch the doorframe. To widen the contact surface area to minimize damage to both the printed piece and door. Also lessen the change this doorstop (door ajar-er) doens't snap or get caught in the door.
A second triangle was added where the larger box met the stem, just for reinforcement and stability, one could maybe even say partially for aesthetics.
