I recovered two old University cobreflex speakers, but the seals were missing.

So I scanned the speakers and redesigned the seals from there. The idea was to either have a dxf file for cutting them from sealing material, or print them in flexible filament. As I only have a printer, the final models are printed. 

They differ from the original seals as they are in 3 different parts, contrary to the original seal which was in 1 part. 

To mount them to the speakers, I put a dab of cyanoacrylate glue on the small edges to hold them in place before closing the two halves together. Al the screws were then torqued to 4Nm and compressed the seal.

My print settings:

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 4 perimeters
• 23% infill
• 0.2mm layer height
