To use as a pass through for PTFE tubing from a dry box, I connected 5 of these nuts to provide a simple bracket to screw the PC4-M10 connects into through the wall of the drybox. 

Also includes a simple washer to make the outside contact larger and provide a place to put a gasket, if desired.

I didn't end up using this solution so no pictures of it in use but am still posting it since I thought it might be useful for others.
