Let's you mount the HDPLEX 250W onto the front panel of the Densium 4 Plus PC case without the PSU interfering with the GPU. The PSU is attached to the bracket using double sided tape. I used 6mm wide Tesa 4965 PET double sided high temperature tape but basically any high temp double sided tape should do the trick.
Also includes an adapter plate for the Flex ATX inlet slot and a neat Noctua branded fan shroud. The fan shroud marginally reduces recirculation and adds a bit of flair to any Noctua NF-A9x14 based CPU cooler.
Print Instructions
Print in ABS/ASA with enough walls/tops/bottoms to make the part rigid. I recommend 4 walls and solid infill throughout. ABS will shrink when printing. I recommend scaling the model by 100.5% in X and Y but this can vary depending on printer and filament brand. The front panel bracket needs support for the power button nut cutout and the 4 heat set insert protrusions.

Two of the heat set inserts go into the holes for the USB connector PCB. They will drop in without force and act as nuts for the M3x6 button head screws. The PSU will cover two of the screw holes after sticking it down with double sided tape. It helps to add some double sided tape to the top of the PSU where it meets the side wall. This will help the bracket borrow some stiffness from the PSU enclosure.

The nuts are a tight fit. You can gently hold them in place and screw in the screw from the other side to pull them into their sockets.
