Recycle those spare screen protectors from long lost phones for your brand new smart watch. This makes it easy to get rounded corners for edge-to-edge coverage with just a hobby knife.

STL included for LG G Watch and SCAD for adapting to other rectangular watches.

Instructions

Tweak SCAD or use the pre-cooked STL and print. If you have any warp on the bottom, lightly sand the top to remove any bumpy bits and use the top surface as a template.

When cutting out the protector, use a fresh blade and go slow.

The example photo is from a rush job using a wet-type (Invisible Shield) protector, so you should assume that yours will look better.
