This is a model i made long ago to replace a broken slider bracket on an integrated fitted fridge freezer door.

I printed originally in PLA .4mm nozzle and was fine
The posted image is in PLA .2mm nozzle

Recommended print with break-away tree supports.
Use a small screwdriver to remove all support material from the sliding surfaces of both parts.
