Summary
Flashforge Creator Pro - Right Extruder only (left removed) 40mm Fan/Blower Assembly
Sits in left extruder position cooling the Right Nozzle.
Screwed in place by 2x M3 blots on the left side of the alloy extruder rail.
This is still a work in progress : but i have it install and it is working fine.
This suits the early pre 2016 FFCP with out the side mounted blower for the left extruder.
It does not interfere with carriage movement (left side of bed - no adjustment required in bed size)
Fits between extruder rail and carriage ... looks almost factory :)

Notes:
PRINT IN ABS or PETG ! not in PLArnrnFan Assembly : Print with supports (pretty easy to remove internally)rnrnDuct : It is best to place your own supports not use the automatic supports as it will fill the air duct to the nozzle with support material. rnSee picture for reference.rnrnJust put some support internally around the top lip so you don't print in the air.rnusing your slicer check that the bridging across the tubed area is running across the channels not down the length.rnnote: This maybe change if you add a another top or bottom layer in your print preferences.rnrnYou will notice there are square corners on the tube length of the item this is to get maximum bonding for the bridging across the tubes. (there is a support rail inside the tube)rn
Post-Printing
remove internal support in duct mouth and fan assembly
glue - not hot glue!rnonce printed ... screw 40mm fan in place (you may need to drill out the 4 holes to a larger size, so not to split the job with too larger screws)rnthen using 2x M3 x8mm bolts attach the fan assembly to the left side of the extruder rail.rnonce in place, from underneath attach the duct hose to the bottom opening of the fan assembly. (use ca glue or epoxy - it needs to be heat resistant for over 120deg)rnIf you print it in PLA and then use for ABS the heat bed heat will soften the duct and it will droop and hit your print job!rnSo print in ABS to start with!
