I want to calibrate both the internal and external dimensions at the same time. I also added a small radius to the top of the block hole to prevent the hole diameter reading from becoming too small on the top layer.

Print the model

The external dimensions are 1 inch x 1 inch x 1 inch

The internal dimensions are 0.750 inches

****0.05mm will result in a size change of approximately 0.002 inches.

I used a smooth printing board

3 top/bottom floors

2 walls

15% filler

0.2 meters in height
