I have designed this for my trailer because cables were being damaged from rubbing against the sharp metal of the chassis.
  
I have added a slit because I wanted to keep the cable connected as it already is.

Created in Autodesk Fusion, source file included.
Size can be configured using Modify => Change Parameters
