This is a Slim 4 way HAT switch for use in Flight Sim sticks or anything else that requires 4/8 way control. 

Uses a single M2 x 12mm - 18mm screw and washer as a center stick. Thumbstick cap fit this as well. 

2 M2 x 5mm - 6mm Hold the body together in one direction, 2 Countersunk M2 Hold the unit in place.

Drawings are included for easy modification and remix.
