Summary
This is a mounting bracket for 3D Passion's Nova hotend. In my particular case, I happen to have an all metal effector plate from RobotDigg that has some nice mounting holes, so I was easily able to make an adapter.
Updated: Added a blower fan mount for a 5015 blower fan.
