The Stereo Magnetic Riser was designed to add separation for more air flow between stereo / electronic components.

I use it to increase the air gap between a Cable tuner and a Blue Ray player.  {Yes, I am a Neanderthal who still has both cable and DVD/Blu-rays}

The foot is 20 mm in height and holds 8 - 6x2 mm  neodymium magnets, 4 on top and bottom, to keep them in place.
