The vortex ball is a toy mainly for throwing to entertain pets or just for some fun. Ideally, made from flexible TPU for longevity and safety. Although, PETG and PLA can be used if TPU unavailable but I recommend use with cation to prevent injury. 

The vortex ball is a spiral thrown ball with the main design inspiration being the 'NERF vortex aero howler' but I haven't gotten around to designing in the whistles yet (any remixes welcome).

The performance of the ball is decent from my very basic testing (just throwing the ball) but I've noticed it has a tendency to drift off it's axis of rotation near the end of the throw. With some more testing I want to improve this to get a more satisfying spiral. Keep an eye out for V 2.0.
