Commercially available bottle stoppers are often too tall to allow the bottle to be stored in the refrigerator door with the stopper attached. Therefore, I designed a stopper that is flat on top, thus taking up less height.

The stopper consists of the stopper itself, a screw-on lid, and a TPU insert with sealing lips. It is hollow and can be filled with metal, such as small screws or similar items, to increase its weight. The TPU insert is pushed onto the stopper with a little pressure and clicks into place.

No support is required for any of the parts.

Die im Handel erhältlichen Flaschenstopfen sind oft zu hoch, um die Flasche mit dem aufgesetzten Stopfen in der Kühlschranktür aufzubewahren. Ich habe daher einen Stopfen entwickelt, der auf der Oberseite flach ist und so nicht so viel Höhe einnimmt.

Der Stopfen besteht aus dem Stopfen selbst, einem aufschraubbaren Deckel und einem TPU-Teil mit Dichtlippen. Der Stopfen ist hohl und kann zur Gewichtserhöhung mit Metall befüllt werden, z.B. kleinen Schrauben oder Ähnlichem. Das TPU Teil wird mit etwas Druck auf den Stopfen aufgeschoben und rastet da ein.

Für alle Teile wird kein Support benötigt.
