Wheel Adapter for Craftright 4-Tier Shelving Unit

This is a custom 3D printable wheel adapter designed to attach Move It 75mm PVC Castors to the base of the Craftright 4-Tier Shelving Unit. The shelving unit has hollow metal legs with no built-in wheel attachment points—this adapter bridges that gap, making your shelves mobile and much more versatile.

Features:

• Inserts into the hollow legs of the shelf frame

Print Settings:

• Material: PETG or ABS recommended for structural strength
• Infill: 50–100% (higher infill for heavier loads)
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Supports: May be required, depending on orientation
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm standard

Assembly Instructions:

• Print 4 adapters (one for each leg).
• Insert each adapter into the bottom of the shelf legs. They should be snug; use epoxy or screws if you want extra security.
• Line up the mounting holes of the adapter with the castor base plate.
• Bolt the castors in place using M6 bolts (or whatever matches your castor hardware).
