How It Works

1. Fill the main body with water
2. Hold the Vocalift to your lips (like a whistle).
3. Cover 2 of the 3 holes to adjust the level of air resistance
4. Breathe, speak or blow into the mouthpiece
5. Focus on controlled airflow—the design creates subtle resistance to train your breath support. You can remove the mouthpiece to focus on this aspect.
6. Repeat daily to improve vocal projection and endurance.
