Needed a AA Battery adapter for my Baofeng Radio AA clam-shell, and for testing/charging Li-ion batteries in my battery tester.  

The connections are designed for M3X16 mm socket head bolts.  They will self thread, no nuts needed. 

 Allows small alligator clips to be attached to the bolt ends to break it out.  

Use a wire to connect the two bolts together, to use as a dummy/filler battery.
