This charger holder helps you keep your FTC batteries and chargers organized during practice and competitions. It is compatible with both REV and GoBilda batteries along with most other batteries used in FTC. It is compatible with REV chargers.
The organizer is built using 1/2in plywood. The plywood can be cut to shape based off of the parts in the STEP file or Onshape link and connected using wood screws. Make sure to drill pilot holes for any wood screws. The Onshape is also configurable to different charger quanities (only muliples of 3 right now).
There are 3D printed charger holders that are attached to the top of the plywood frame. The charger holders can be printed in single, double, and triple versions in order to achieve the desired number of chargers.
The battery holders at the bottom also have single, double, and triple versions.
Print Settings:
PETG (for heat and creep resistance, put PLA can be substituted)
15% infill
3 walls
Hardware required:
#4 x 1" Countersunk Wood Screws (for attaching wood to wood)
#6 x 1/2" Countersunk Wood Screws (for attaching 3D prints to wood)
1/2 plywood
1x1 boards (for connecting the plywood together)
