The socket fits an E10 light bulb, the type commonly used in old flashlights. Sometimes also called Miniature Edison Screw or MES or MES10.

The socket and base are printed separately and need to be glued together with super glue. The base includes a slot for a 25 x 24 mm stripboard, which functions as the ground connection. There is also a hole in the socket for inserting a stripped wire to make the second connection.
