This is my solution for storing router bits. Each bit has its own block and the block is removable from the container for easy grab and go.The system is infinitely expandable as needed. There is a block for 1/4" bits and 1/2" shank bits as well as for 1/2" shank bits that are extra large (like raised panel bits etc). I also labelled the block with shank size so it's easy to tell what you are grabbing.
