For snapmaker U1 feeder modification, when relocating the U1 feeder, extension cables or an adapter board are needed, which leaves a hole at the original feeder's wire exit point, making it quite unsightly, unsafe, and prone to damaging the wires. Therefore, I designed this enclosure, which perfectly matches the original machine's locking mechanism. The release latch features an anti-slip design, making blind operation easier and ensuring you don't press the wrong spot. The space in the middle for the adapter board can be secured with self-tapping screws or double-sided tape. This adapter board was purchased from Taobao, please search for it yourself. This enclosure is also suitable for those who don't use an adapter board but instead replace with extension cables directly; most modified interfaces or wires can be hidden inside this enclosure and secured with minimal effort. When printing, please enable manual supports; only those buckles need support. Other parts require no supports. The printing material chosen is PETG; I only have translucent on hand. If you use white PETG, it should look better. (The left cover of the previous model was mirrored incorrectly. Although you could mirror it yourself in the slicer software, I still updated it.)
