Technically, this is a remix but I can't find the original creator. Edit: Found him on Makerworld: https://makerworld.com/en/models/701381-speaker-pole-tripod-cable-clip?from=search#profileId-630903 . The original itself was almost an exact clone of the Gravity SACC 35 B. I made changes to (I believe) help the longevity of the clamps as well as the simplicity of the printing. For one thing, one side of the clamp now is completely flat so it can sit on the build plate and the printer can build up from there without any supports. Then I opened the slot at the front of the clamp so it didn't take as much pressure to open the clamp (it fits on the Ultimate Support Speaker Stands). Then I added a bit more 'meat' where the cable clip portion meets the clamp. Lastly, I changed the opening of the cable clip to be more open. Cables should fit in easier, without needing as much pressure on the clip to open it, but still stay in on the stand.

I've made these out of both Elegoo PLA-CF and Rapid PETG. Both seem like they'd be fine long term. In the photos the shinier ones are the PETG.
