The model consists of 3 parts that have to be printed individually. You can also print just the main body, without a frame at the top and bottom. No support material is required.
To increase bed adhesion you can add a brim.
I printed it without a brim.
I carefully removed the sringing on the top frame with a lighter.

Infill: 15% Gyroid
