As I was building my SLAB, I interpreted (incorrectly) ‘thread lock’ as ‘super glue’.  Now, alas, I've got my threaded rod superglued into my RodCap, meaning it's not quite long enough to fully depress the trigger lever.

The smart move, of course, is to print a new rodcap, get a new threaded rod, and try again, but I wanted to see if I could print my way out of a problem that foolishness got me into.  As luck would have it, I could!

I printed mine in PETG (probably non-optional) on a 0.6mm nozzle, with 0.32mm layer height.  100% infill feels pretty required, too.  I printed mine without a brim or supports, but YMMV.
