Summary

This is a customizable tool holder/organizer which is a base into which various lengths of PVC pipe may be inserted. I include two versions of of the base: one with 5 rows and one with 3. Each of these uses 1.5" PVC pipe. You can use the customizer to create versions with an arbitrary number of rows and columns in addition to setting a different pipe diameter.
