Summary
Single and Double Decora style switch covers. I have 4 styles of each:
1 - Plain
2 - Counterbored mounting holes
3 - Plain with small holes to allow activation of the switch
4 - Counterbored mounting holes with small holes to allow activation of the switch
I also included the FreeCad files in case you want to add/subtract features
The small holes in the covers allow you to use a piece of filament/toothpick, etc. to turn the switch on or off without needing to unscrew the cover. I found I needed these when I converted some ceiling fans with a single switch to wi-fi controls that let me turn on either the fan, light or both - the circuit needs to stay hot all the time, but I did not want to make a permanent change.
I would recommend printing the flat face down on the print bed and using supports on the counter-bored holes. Covers without counter-bores do not need any supports if printed flat side down

How I Designed This
I took the basic shape from a two piece clear design that I bought before i had a 3D printer. I never like the 2 piece design (1 piece t go around the switch and one thing flat piece to cover teh switch) since the design required some paper shims to keep from activating the switch. I made this one a little deeper. Also, since it can be easy to accidentally hit the switch during the install, I decided to make a design with a couple of small holes that you can stick a piece of filament through to actuate the switch. You cannot accidentally hit the switch but still have full control. I have some remote ceiling fan/light switches that I want the circuit to stay "hot" for and I also have a couple of wi-fi fans and a light all on one switch. With wi-fi bulbs and fans, I can control everything independently - but the switch needs to stay on.
